"The service at le donjon was superb. Felt completely pampered! From the time we arrived our bags were taken to our room. The receptionist spoke perfect english. Which was super helpful, as our French is mediocre. The buffet was excellent and diverse. The bags were
taken to the taxi area after our stay. Comfortable bed. Quiet room.
Every detail was perfect. Would definitely stay here again Top notch hotel!!"

"L'hôtel est situé à environ 10 mn de la Cité de Carcassonne et on l'aperçoit des fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien dormi car c'est calme. Les propriétaires de l'hôtel sont très agréables les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La piscine est très jolie. Je recommande vivement cet endroit."

"Property is located in a restricted zone but desk person assisted us and even parked the car in the private lot for us. Room was large, clean, and had a view of the street.
Breakfast was very nice and you could sit in the private garden.
Would recommend it unless you can’t climb stairs. (No elevator)"

"BJ and Iris were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. The setting was great with wonderful views and a stones throw from Carcassonne city. Breakfast was wonderful with home made jams.
BJ was also very kind to re freeze our ice packs for the onward journey. We will definitely be back."
