"Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. "Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking."

"You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

"Very well located for exploring Andorra La Vella by foot. Just a short walk from the bus station. Clean, functional. Limited toiletries. Good breakfast buffet."

"The hotel areas are clean and modern. Our room was very run down, almost stuck in the 90s era with the decor. I try to pull out my charger from the socket and the whole socket came out the wall. Breakfast was lovely, staff really helpful. Great location I would just recommend updating the rooms."

"Beautiful area and country, can only imagine how much more incredible it would be during the snow seasons. The apartment was huge, cozy and had great amenities. Check in slightly confusing with how seperate the main reception is but easily solved. Would highly recommend this apartment and Andorra as a country. Thanks!"

"Waren im fünften Stock. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Auf den Gängen hat es - warum auch immer - nach Schwimmbad gerochen. Wir haben sowohl abends als auch morgens lauwarm geduscht. Die Klimaanlage mussten wir in der Nacht ausschalten da sie zu laut war. Das Buffet war für den Preis sehr reichhaltig aber nicht mehr alles frisch. Stand wahrscheinlich schonmal am Tag vorher. Allerdings ist das sicher auch schwierig bei drei Familien im Speiseraum nichts wieder rauszustellen. Insgesamt muss man aber...
