"Main annoyances. Took 20 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish with person before us and get to us. Told me price was about $11 more than I paid on Expedia. I asked why and he said because of tax. I showed confirmation email showing I paid $13.16 in tax already. Then he said because it was a “late night check—in (because it was after 11 due to long wait) it would come out to actually be three dollars less than what I paid. Then he told me, “There shouldn’t be any problems with your room.” What does that mean I asked? What type of problem shouldn’t there be? Well, the other clerk went to check it out he tells me. He comes back and says, “I think it will work.” Ok, now I’m reallly confused. What should work I ask. The room key. Ok, well, that would be nice. Clerk walks us to room to make sure. It doesn’t work. Does something right there at door and now, “it should work.” No problems after that. Move on to loading our cold food into the fridge. It doesn’t appear to be working. Guy comes and investigates and fiddles with it and says call us in half hour if still not working. Says he will go get another one working in case. He calls back in 15 and asks if working now. I tell him no and he brings new one to room and plugs in. Now has been an hour. Next a shower. No shampoo. At least a conditioner bottle. conditioner bottle empty.no more space 4 all problems. No one around in morning to check actually charge. Was also told they were knocking some off price. Haven’t seen yet"
"Everything was excellent with the exception of the availability of the pool. There was an off-sight birthday party that was scheduled and the hotel pool was made available to the party. When guests wanted to use the pool, it was full of very small children and was loud without a lot of supervision. It limited our use of the pool."
"Terrible, wouldn’t stay here. Room had a foul smell, AC wasn’t working, and there were stains all over the bed comforter. I had “checked in” for all of 5 mins saw the room and headed back to the front desk, hotel has denied a refund entirely, and I can’t get ahold of the manager. And Expedia has been no help either. "
"It was easy enough to get the room and check in. Our room, however, was not clean. Someone’s left overs were in the fridge. There were boogers or something on one of the walls. The bathroom and shower needed some bleach."
