"We enjoyed our stay at Icelandic Apartments. The facilities were clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The only issues we had were with the door and room code, as well as the code to the laundry area for towels. However, the host worked with us to solve the issues and the response was immediate. We would stay there again."

"Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Mountain view(some construction going on off to the side). Slight traffic and snow plows through the night on nearby road. The Dome inside was beautiful and peaceful with everything you need. Hot tub right outside. Robes and slippers supplied. Coffee and tea in the room with coffee maker and electric hot water kettle. Radio, multiple heaters and wood stove. Great WiFi. Board games. Heated towel rack and fully stocked bathroom in private bathroom inside the Dome. Food delivery available directly...

"The room was really nice and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. I never got the check in email so we were scrambling trying to get the code for the garage and the room. We got lucky we found a woman to help us. Other than that, we had a great time here"

"Room was good as usual but always missig the possibility to open a window. Was suprised being charged for a City Tax at the property as there is no such Tax In Iceland! "

"Totalmente recomendable, el único problema es que está algo lejos del centro de Reykjavik, pero la mayoría de los Tours tienen pick up ahí o muy cerca. La falta de una recepción es algo inquietante aún, pero el personal estuvo en contacto frecuente a través de la mensajería de Expedia y sus instrucciones fueron muy claras y eficientes. El cable en la TV, no funcionó pero son smartTV así que pude usar YouTube y Netflix sin problema."

Everything was very clean and well prepared, and the location adds to the charm, especially if you enjoy nature and quiet surroundings. The service was friendly and responsive, and you can really feel the care they put into making guests comfortable. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it. "

"Hotel Reykjavík Lights is an excellent property that ai highly recommend. I felt safe due to its elevator security, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Anything a person could want was there and constantly refilled. Multiple restaurants are in walking distance, as well. The only downside was its distance from Old Town and the bus terminal, from which many tours embarked. A cab was necessary."

"The hotel spa and evening restaurant was very pleasant. Staff in the main restaurant and spa lovely, though younger members may need training. Delivered wrong drinks and brought the bread with the soup after the meal was served but were very apologetic and lovely. Food was excellent, Staff in the breakfast area however rude and ignorant. Ended up making an official complaint. It was a mixed bag really. Some customer training required to improve standards. "
