"We stayed for 4 nights. The location of the hotel is perfect, everything is nearby. The room was clean with enough space for our bags. Staff was polite and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, in particular bread and pastries! Some reviews mentioned noises at night due to its location but it was very quiet and we didn't need to use ear plugs. It may be because we stayed in weekdays, though. We will come back to the hotel again and recommend this hotel to other people."

I spent 3 nights as a solo traveller - felt safe, it was very conveniently located near bus stop #9 for all my tours, and there was a convenience store and restaurants just across the street. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and having a kitchen in the suite really helped. I would there again. "

"Clean, warm & very central - ideal for sightseeing in Rekjavik. On a lively street with lots of cafes, restaurants, & food shops (supermarket next door) For saying how central it is it wasn’t noisy. Only slight issue was the lighting in the room was quite poor. If you’re going out before light which was often in Feb there are not enough electric lights. "
