"You get what you pay for, positives include airconditioning and it’s very close to a lot of bus stops, however it’s lacking in utensils and has a bit of damage to the apartment. The windows are broken and don’t close fully, the shower head holder is also damaged and won’t hold the shower head. Additionally whenever you have a shower the whole bathroom floods. "Beautiful oasis walking distance to Old Town! We were very impressed the moment we walked in. The apartment building entrance is pretty unassuming, and you almost feel you’re in the wrong place. But once you open the door you are welcomed in with a beautiful aroma and modern luxuries. Location is great, and it’s a 10 min walk down to the promenade and Split old town. We had a car, and while you need to find own street parking, we got lucky and there was a spot right in front of the apartment...

"Nice apartment - perfect for our family of 4 with the large convertible sofa and separate bedroom. Everything was clean, and the hostess is great. Limited kitchen, though, so plan on eating meals out rather than cooking. Air conditioning also struggled with keeping the apartment cool - but it was better than outside! Don’t plan on having a car, either - the apartment is not driveable, and parking nearby is challenging."
