"Dated and trash overflowing in hallways"

"So I was skeptical about a drive up motel but was willing to give it a try. I opened the door and “Wow” came out of my mouth. This was the cleanest, nicest, biggest and most well set up motel I have ever seen. I usually don’t give any place higher than an 8, because there is always something that could be better, right? Wrong. These folks have it going on! Even the coffee was good. My only request would be liquid creamer."

"The best part was breakfast. We had the best server and everything tasted great. The room was not great. Very dirty, looks very run down and not up to date. website not updated. We were expecting a lounge and restaurant and both had been closed for months."

"Honestly, this was the very best hotel. I’ve stayed at ever. Everything was clean. Everything smelled clean. The bathtub was actually clean and didn’t have any residual on it. When I came down for breakfast clean the variety was different. Was Lovely fresh I walked around with a lot of money and tipped people and thank them for actually caring. It was an absolute delight and I’m so glad I stayed there. Even the lady or the man I should say when I came in the door, remember my name and gave me...

"This is a nice, clean, comfortable and convenient motel. But the WiFi connection was impossible to connect to and the response I got from the staff was: I am having the same problem. For the price to stay here I expected to have decent WiFi available . Otherwise, a pretty nice place with a better than average breakfast."

"The room was clean and perfect for what we needed and the price was great. Thanks for our stay."

"We checked in late and the staff was super nice and very helpful!"

"The McCoy Inn was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked the location, as you could walk to nearby gas stations, food, and other needs. The picnic area and fire pit were set up very well and maintained."

"everything was nice except for soiled wash cloths with shredded holes."

"Nothing wrong with an old building, but some maintenance is necessary."

"Expensive for the room. Paid 390. For three people, one night."
