The hotel had nothing to offer. My room was infested with ants. If I could give a place 0 stars I would. I would never in a million years ever stay here again or recommend to anyone ever in my life. To be treated so horribly for a hotel that was so low quality is literally unheard of. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details. The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."
