"I must say the staff was excellent. But the actual hotel it self needs a lot of TLC. I had to move from the room I was in because of a pipe burst. Again the staff was excellent when it came to the move and all but the hotel really needs an upgrade. The sofa beds looked dirty, the tub was cracked and looked like it needed to be replaced, they also said they had a business center but it’s a desk with a computer and it’s out in the open. "What a great crew at this hotel. All staff was professional while remaining friendly and kind. What could've been the worst week we've had on a long time turned out good with the help of the caring staff. Our thanks to the entire staff."

"Hotel bathroom was not clean, there were used towels in the shower. The bed sheets were stained and the floor had crumbs. A clear sign the rooms had not been cleaned. We reserved 3 rooms for a family trip and all 3 rooms were dirty. I requested clean towels from the front desk and the towels had dirt crusted in the towel. I drove to the Walmart on Wendover and bought towels for our stay. I do not recommend!"
