"We didn’t have a great experience at this property. Alarm went off at 4am and had to go out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night with my toddler in arms. Apparently it has happened multiple times in the past at 4am. We checked out right away after this experience and didn’t even use any facilities. Stay away if you want to have a good experience."

"We were in line waiting for check in and a woman took about 30 minutes with the only gentleman at the desk. There was a line out the door. We got our first room and it smelled horribly like mildew and dampness. Went back to the check in area and we were given a new room. It was definitely not an ideal situation since we had plans and had to rush."

"Loved it!"

"Pilar"

"We loved our stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The amenities were wonderful, but mostly, this is a gorgeous property! For such an historic property, it is so comfortable and beautiful! We wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The hallways smelled like animal urine, this was a dog friendly hotel. The noise from the room above was unacceptable, sounded like someone was bowling. The soap dispensers in the bathroom over the sink were not accessible to the handicapped person in the mobility scooter. There was only a single tiny waste basket for the entire suite. One of the bedsides lamps was totally inoperative, and could not charge phone either. Staff was very nice though!"

"Clean and safe"

"That because I was very satisfied by the service and the place. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go there for their own personal experience."
