"Unsafe Environment and Disappointing Communication I am writing this review to warn future guests about the lack of safety standards at this hotel. Upon arrival for my stay, a fire alarm panel was alarming about smoke on the 5th floor. We waited for over an hour to see if it would be rectified and it wasn’t. There was no way we would go into this property and go to sleep with the fire panel alarming. We tried multiple times to contact the property but no one would pick up. We contacted Expedia...

"Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere."

"I booked this place for 2 different times during my week stay. On the first 2 night stay, there was an emergency and the host had to relocate us to another location that they said was larger and just as accommodating. We arrived and only had 1 shower for 10 people and the property was 30 min further than planned. There was nothing given in return for the inconvenience or extra miles or time it placed on our trip. They reassured us when we were coming back into town that we would be able to stay...

"The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays."
