Management was argumentative at Focaccia he told us he was very busy and could not order just an appetizer while we decided what our entrees would be. Not the level of service we expected. Won’t be back to this resort I don’t think."

"I got there on Sunday may 3rd the room was dirty. They end up changing our room staff is okay. Breakfast was okay. The air conditioning didn't work for 1 day... The chairs at the buffet and the restaurant are dirty and I will not go back to this resort again...."

"This is a dumpster to be honest. The location is not terrible but the amenities are horrible , old, and dirty. The bathroom drain clogged each time we took a shower. They did not provide towels. Sheets were dusty, The outdoor patio furnitures were dirty . We had to clean things ourselves. For this price, I’ll recommend you get a resort."

"The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. "The name is called Gardenia Apartments. We couldn’t find it when we arrived as the place was never mentioned by the agent I was talking to. He wasn’t answering my calls too when we arrived. And electricity bills should be paid by guests which will be charged before checking in. "

"Outdated resort. You get no help even after you tip. Theres no other breakfast or lunch options besides the buffet, restaurants are always booked so you cant even have a normal dinner. Our housekeeper was great- kept the room tidy but the rooms still had a stench of rotten moist due to them being so outdated. Overall I would not recommend or cone here again!"

"The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing."
