"I am very disappointed with the condition of the room. The room was extremely dirty, the bathroom had visible mold, and the sheets had noticeable stains. This is unacceptable and does not meet basic cleanliness standards expected from a hotel. I would appreciate an immediate resolution, an appropriate refund. Please address these concerns as soon as possible."

"Informar más de lo que se incluye en la reserva y su plan. No pudimos desfrutar del snack porque no me lo informaron así como el menú exclusivo del room servirce."

"Tudo estava ótimo: bom hotel, localização e preço."

"Okay, this place, the hotel itself and literally the entire area surrounding it made me think twice about ever going back to Punta Cana and staying at a hotel there that isn’t an all-inclusive resort. "A little tropical paradise in the perfect location! You can walk to the beach, enjoy nearby restaurants, or book exciting excursions without any hassle. The friendly staff and fast internet make this place even more enjoyable."

"La estancia fue sencilla pero cómoda. La habitación tenía lo necesario y la cocina fue práctica. El desayuno estaba incluido. La playa y las piscinas estaban cerca. Había restaurantes y tiendas alrededor. Exactamente lo que necesitábamos."

"We booked a deep-tissue massage at the spa and really enjoyed it. There were many other treatment options as well. Having a full-service spa on site was convenient. We spent the rest of the day at the pool. It was one of the most relaxing days of our trip."

"Great Hotel and very friendly and helpful staff members. The only thing disappointing about my stay was the seaweed that was piled up on the beach most of the week. I understand this is completely out of the hands of the hotel and staff, but it smells really bad and makes the beach look dirty. To their credit, the beach was cleaned up daily. I would definitely stay there again."
