"Pourtant, le temps ne s'y prêtait pas. Un crachin désagréable nous a accueilli mais l'amabilité, l'ambiance et le charme du lieu nous a tout de suite rassurés. Deux anglais, mère et fils, sont les maitres des lieux, une bâtisse totalement isolée dans la campagne. Pas forcément engageant au départ mais ils ont su lui donner tout le charme des auberges "british". "Het was duidelijk dat de gastvrouw er plezier in heeft om de b&b gezellig in te richten en van alle gemakken te voorzien. Monique was erg gastvrij en attent. We hebben de avond in de grote tuin doorgebracht met een gekoeld drankje dat we, net als de huisgemaakte jam van vlierbloesem, ter plekke konden kopen. In de nacht was het buiten aardedonker en muisstil. Een heerlijke plek uit de drukte in een landelijke omgeving."

"L'environnement est superbe! Le manoir est vraiment très bien tenu et les exterieurs très bien entretenus. Le petit dejeuner est excellent et les patisseries maisons quotidiennes sont succulentes bravo a Nathalie! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous garderons cette adresse en tête! In de ochtend hadden we we een goed ontbijt in de gezamenlijke ontbijtruimte. Al met al een aanrader en voor herhaling vatbaar."

"We stayed there as a stopover on a longer trip. The hosts were excellent. There were some cobwebs in the bathroom which put me off a little. Breakfast was good, even though there wasn't a great choice for some travelers. Everything was homemade and tasted lovely We would definitely stay there again. "
