"As the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The Pool was nice and had a lovely view over the harbour, towells provided. My husband thoroughly enjoyed watching the yachts coming in and out. The courtesy boat to all the lovely little harbour towns across the bay made up For not being able to walk out as it is a working harbour. We visited beautiful restaurants in the evening and then transported back by the launch which meant we could all have a drink. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff here. The breakfast was delicious and out waiter interesting and helpful when we asked him advice on visits. Continenental and cooked options available. We would very much Like to visit again. "

"Since the booking was made for the same day, I wasn’t able to select a higher-priced option that includes free cancellation. I booked this hotel by mistake, as the drive turned out to be too long and we wouldn’t be able to arrive before check-in time. I understand this was my error, but I tried to cancel the reservation within 30 minutes of booking, and the system didn’t allow it. I also attempted to reschedule for a later date, but that request was declined. I contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com, but haven’t been able to find a resolution. I would really appreciate it if the hotel could be a bit more flexible in a situation like this."

"I currently in my second stay with this hotel. The staff has been the best part especially as a foreigner that doesn’t speak Italian. They have aided me with friendly enthusiasm in a couple of problems outside their scope to which I am very grateful. The accommodation large, modern and clean. There is an excellent courtyard with numerous sitting options for relaxing outside. Definitely recommend this hotel I will likely be back here in a year. "
