"The Wee Bank House is perfect in every way. So much attention to detail with everything we needed for our short stay in Oban. Lots of extra little touches including a wee dram on arrival, coffee pods and lovely local toiletries. Exceptionally clean and a friendly host. Highly recommend. "

"The suite is advertised with stunning views over Loch Awe and Kilchurn castle but you can't see any of the Loch at all. The interior of the suite was kept well and clean and the host was polite. Easy check in and check out."

"The property was situated in a beautiful position, right by the water and very central to the restaurants and shops of Helensburgh. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to use it again in the future."

"One marine place was a lovely place to stay fantastic views, everything there that you need to enjoy your stay, would be definitely recommended them"

"This apartment had everything and more..ideally situated just a short walk from Oban train station and the ferry terminal. The apartment itself was well furnished and very clean and the hosts were so easy to get hold if I needed them The property was worth the money for the view alone from the kitchen table as I had my morning coffee I will 100% be staying here again next time my solo travels lead me to Oban"

"We loved it here. The decor was on point. Little disappointed check out was 10am but that's just because we wanted to spend more time there. Excellent location for the town and nearby shops etc. 10 out of 10 for kerplunk being available! Thanks!"

"Great stay in a fantastic location. This is one of few apartment-type stays where the images and description actually reflect the stay, which was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of space and well-equipped facilities, plus a few personal touches for visitors too."

"Lovely little spot for a stay on Oban. We really enjoyed the comfortable stay and many recommendations for things to do in the region. Some miscommunication and late communication made a little hiccup to our first night without wifi access- otherwise all was good. Would stay again."

"Super apartment in a convenient location. Spacious enough to be comfortable for three adults for a full week. Bedrooms good sized. Living room comfortable. Kitchen renovated and excellent, including an air fryer! A few smallish mechanical issues (clothes dryer broke early in our stay, thermostat in foyer appeared functional, but did not work and prevented us from having heat the night of arrival, a requirement to manually “level up” the pressure in the boiler to obtain heat). Overall very...

"Liked the quirkiness of the cottage. Like the art work around the rooms, liked they left us milk on arrival. Good instructions on how to get there. The road surface was pretty rough and you had to be very careful when parking. Didnt like the lack of lights at night We arrived when it was dark and the outside light wasnt working made it difficult to see the path had to use torch on my phone. The cottage was small but nice, it was clean and linens smelled freshly washed. It was very quiet. The...

"A well appointed full unit in the centre of Oban with an owner who is engaging and a font of local knowledge. Highly recommended."

"This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment. We come to visit family once a year and it suits us well. It is clean, comfortable and in central Helensburgh, with all that it offers. It is close to Loch Lomond, the Trossachs and the sea lochs nearby. We are fit and don't mind the 43 steps up to the apartment, but anybody who has mobility problems would find it difficult to access this apartment. We plan to use the apartment again. I cooked this time, which is unusual, but I could...

"Wonderful apt in the heart of Oban close to ferries, trains, shops and restaurants. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Cereal, milk, coffee and teas were provided which was a nice touch and very welcoming."

"Comfortable and convenient. Thoughtful touches added to our enjoyment."

"Amazing location and lovely cosy place."

"Perfect location to stay in centre of town (Helensburgh, UK) with parking spot around back. Some elements of flat are gently used (sofa seats could be a little plumper) but clean condition. Equipped enough to enjoy a week’s stay happily. Good communication from host through the Expedia app and emails."
