"We had a 3 night stay at Sonesta and since we got there we noticed that our bathroom sink wasn’t draining. We notified the staff and they said they would go take a look, however, our entire stay our sink was flooded to the top. It made things really inconvenient for us when when getting ready. "

"The rooms were clean and so were the grounds. They texted me a code for both the entry gates and room because we were landing after hours. The staff was very good when we had questions about how to get around the area for local attractions."

"Definitely NOT what the pictures looked like. The pool looked like it had mold in water. The exercise room had equipment from the 1920’s and no water in the fountain and no towels and no wipes. When I told the staff they said ya it’s all broken. The room was clean but very small. Netflix did not work even though they said they had it. The shower was hot and had good pressure. Staff was very nice. But I would never stay there again for that price. It is more of a Motel 6 than any kind of “resort” like the title stated. Very disappointed "

"What a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Tempe. Easy walking distance to Tempe Beach Park and everything on Mill Avenue. Great rooftop, pool bar and entertainment along with a great restaurant and staff. And to top it off, they are pet friendly. We had a wonderful stay!!"

"Hotel advertised that they had a on-site restaurant, only a bar! TV remote did not work. Good breakfast. Nice pool. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights for a good price, the room was a decent size for two people but we were put in a room in the farthest corner of the hotel where the gate was to the parking lot which was noisy throughout the night. Our room smelled like Marijuana whenever we would turn on the bathroom ventilation and every evening. We told the hotel staff and they ignored it so we just assumed it was another guest or bad ventilation. We would stay here again if we could have a room that is more central and if the staff would be more understanding when we had a concern. The pool is very nice and the beds are comfortable. "
