"I really enjoyed my stay"

"I really wanted to love this stay because the location of the property is fantastic and put us right where we needed to be. However, the logistical and health-standard issues made it impossible to give a higher rating. The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable."

"Love having a kitchen and a washer in the room. Pool and spa are lovely and clean with nice lounge chairs and towels. Staff goes above and beyong every time. "

"Amazing hotel and staff. Right next to ASU campus. Beautiful sunrise hike right out the front door. And the number and variety of restaurants and bars made this one of favorites. "

"Clean room. Quiet. Good breakfast. Only complaints are long wait time for check in as there was only 1 person checking in people at the front desk, all while also answering calls. Also, the back door entrance by the pool are was locked and did not work with key. There was no sign to indicate this and I did call the front desk to advise of this, but was placed on hold too long to wait."

"Property has a fabulous location and wonderful amenities. I rated 4 stars overall as both rooms that we booked had furniture that was damaged and noticeable. The bed frames had torn corners and chipped dressers. One room had a bolt that was broken. We also had several issues with the dinning. I would absolutely stay again as it is my choice in Tempe. Overall the staff is incredibly helpful especially Evan at the desk! Absolutely fantastic!"

"Hotel was nicely located in the heart of Tempe. Overall stay was good. Room outlets seems to have issues when trying to charge and a bit noisy if your on the side of the train tracks. But overall well worth the price and lots of things to do in lobby including a bar and kitchen."

"I highly recommend this property. Everything was 5 star. Checking in was great. The young man was so friendly and professional. My room was much bigger than I expected and beautifully designed. The breakfast was so good. Many choices and the food was fresh and very well presented. The choices were extensive and delicious. While staying there I commented to my daughter how happy I was with my stay there. It was a perfect choice and you can’t go wrong, "

"Room was clean, but the bathroom was very small and there was no door to separate the bathroom sink from the rest of the room. Our elderly mother couldnt reach the soap dispensers in the shower. AC worked and temp was comfortable. Lots of noise from the highway at night. Breakfast was average. Pool was nice (could have been colder during the heat wave haha). Location is convenient for accessing ASU."

"Overall experience was pretty good. AC was not working, so first night was spent in 81 degree temp. I let the property manager know and they sent someone to fix it, but the couldn't. I was thankfully offered another room with working AC. The new unit was cleaned (I hope) garbage in kitchen was filled to the top, so that was a little annoying. I would check it out again for future visits."
