"We had a lovely two-night stay at Dimore delle Zagare Molo. It's a small, modern hotel just outside the beautiful island of Ortigia with lots to recommend it. In particular, a massive shoutout to the wonderful Lia, who couldn't have been more helpful and efficient with queries and requests to organise things. Grazie mille!"

"Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! "

"The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well. It seems like the holes in the shower head were all clogged. "
