"It was a very nice location. Property had anti-noise windows so it was quiet inside despite is in a main area.

"Staff was great, the room was charming and the breakfast was the best in Italy! There was street noise in the later evening as we were trying to sleep. We are not party people. The arrival and parking situation was unclear as this was our first Ortigia trip. I thought that we had arranged for someone to park our car. We had to walk our luggage in to the hotel with no where to park leaving someone with the car and police officers telling us we could not stay there then drive to a public parking...
"FANTASTIC!!! What a gem of a find. Wonderful young man at the front (Nicolas? I already forgot). He took care, and I mean he cared, about everything he could help with. Great customer care and personality. Loved the room and view out the back window. Quiet, clean, comfy, and within walking distance to Ortegia and / or the hop on hop off bus. Great restaurants in the area. Highly recommend Crudo!"

"Hotel was perfect location! Walking distance to everything and BEAUTIFUL. The staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool was amazing. Stay here while visiting Siracusa! "
"Super hyggeligt lille hotel med den smukkeste havudsigt fra en skøn altan/balkon. Aldrig set noget lignende! Dejligt behagelige senge, velholdte værelser, rengøring i top! Havde booket et single værelse og det var dejligt stort. Højt til loftet. God aircondition. Der er sågar make-up lys på badeværelset!
Alt personale var enormt hjælpsomt og så søde! Der bor to dejlige katte nede i receptionen - de tilhører hotellets ejere. Som katteelsker var det en skøn overraskelse at kunne sidde og nusse...

"Loved everything about this property!! It was the perfect stay in the best location in Siracusa! The hotel facilities were immaculate. All front desk and restaurant staff in particular Andres, Bruna and Mary were exceptional with helping us with all our questions and needs. They were great with recommendations for sites as well as dining. Can’t wait to go back and stay there again."
"The hotel was truly lovely, clean and in a perfect location for all our jaunts; we were greeted warmly by all staff we encountered. The included Buffet Breakfast was varied and fresh. We did not try the in-house restaurant but the menu was very interesting snd upscale. I highly recommend the Caportigia Boutique Hotel and we would gladly stay again!"
