"What a wonderful experience in Arles. Wonderful boutique hotel and a fabulous staff. Our travel partners had their luggage lost by the airline and they did all they could to get it delivered. Our flight was delayed over a day and they kept the light on for us. The attached bar and restaurant are lovely and breakfast is all you need."

"The property is very close to the old town and has a lovely pool and nice balconies to enjoy in the rooms. There is secure parking for a small fee as well."

"The hotel / room / bedding and property were clean. The staff were cheerful, polite and helpful. There was a bit of noise due to a group of chaperoned teenagers staying on the same floor... Loud talking / laughing / running in the hallway, door slamming, etc. The pool was open, and i was told that the restaurant was closed for meals other than breakfast."

"Hôtel was fine, beds was the hardest thing I have slept on…and I like a firm bed…but the area around the hotel was truly dirty and there was garbage everywhere. Parking is easy and plentiful and you are only 5 minutes away from the city center. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Always made sure to answer my questions and give useful information. Regarding the rooms, they were mostly clean and in good condition, however, the A/C didn't seem to work and neither did the bathroom extractor fan. The hotel is well connected, at 25 minutes walking from Downtown Arles. The free parking is very useful if you're planning on renting a car and driving to neighboring towns. "
