"I booked this hotel based on its high ratings, so I was surprised by my experience. I'm not sure how this property has an 8/10 rating. The hotel felt old and had an unpleasant smell. The shower drained very slowly, the water pressure was poor, and the Wi-Fi was so weak that I couldn't even connect to it. I stayed for a few days while visiting the area. "The only problem we had was on Tuesday night the front desk person took and gave a key to a woman to our room in 119 And she was not with my party at all. It was just me and my wife in bed and she walked in with a key through the access of a key card. I talked to the manager at the front desk. I also talked to the manager at the front desk and told him this should not happen."

"First off the location in the Tuscan village was amazing, love the shops, restaurants all within walking distance. Staff, rooms, pool and fitness center were outstanding. My famliy and I loved our stay and will be back."
