"Horrible experience staying here. Bad management Thr pregnant desk cleark was rude and a bully acted like I was a inconvience, I was interrupting her fried rice. Threatened me to go across the street. This is a motell for homeless people. Breakfast was run dry by 7:00 am. And not replenished. "I cannot leave that you did not have only little skimpy little bagel like a Dunkin’ Donuts breakfast in such a high-end pricey hotel I’m not sure if I should waste my time letting corporate now they ought to come and try to stay and eat breakfast horrible"

"First room smelled like cat piss.....literally. Man came in an sprayed Fabreeze. Did nothing. Said they had no more rooms and to get a refund from Expedia. Nothing he could do. Someone else came out an offered a suite. That room was better, but still nothing special. Will never stay again."

"When you initially walk in the lobby is clean and cute you can tell it was newly renovated. However, when we got to our first room the light switches didn’t work, the lock on the door wouldn’t lock, the arm on the computer chair was broken. I went to the front desk & explained what was going on & he came to the room check the room & turned on this small desk lamp that barely lit the room. He walked over to the door tried to lock it & the lock would not budge. He continued to close the door again...

"Our stay was excellent all around. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was superior, and much appreciated. The desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was accessible behind the Inn, and felt safe and secure. We will stay here again, without hesitation."

"staff was kind of rude and had an attitude. housecleaning would wait until end of the day when I returned from being gone all day around 4pm to knock on door to do housekeeping. Not worth the money at all."

"Starbucks breakfast was awful and way too high price. The tv did not work only could get Pluto tv. Ask everyday about it and always got the answer sorry about that. No attempt to fix. Room was clean. Baloney had two yellow jackets nest and a empty drink cup. Broken floor tile in bathroom which could cut someone foot. And someone spilled purple polish in nightstand draw. Beds were clean, rug vacuumed and enough towel in room. So will not be booking that hotel next visit home. Staff was...
