"Overall the hotel is average. Rooms are small and we could not walk around our room without ducking on the 4th floor due to the walls sloping inward. Additionally, the cable tv barely worked and the tv would go in and out. When you walk into the building we stayed in, you have to take a stairway up to the first floor to get on an elevator. There was a funky smell to the building. A little like sewage or a dead animal, we aren’t sure. The positives were that the room and bathroom were updated and clean. Location is decent. "

"Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and clean. They had free water for guest. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious. One of the better hotels I have stayed at in awhile. It was also well located near the train station, numerous resteraunts and had a great area for Uber to pick up right in front. Perfect stay"

"This place is in the middle of old town. So much character, so much action, just a great vibe. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a balcony. Room was comfortable. Enough room to layout your suitcase and move around the room. Browns has a bar and restaurant, although we didn't try it. Jessica at the front dest was very helpful with suggestions and directions. We only stayed 1 night because of a layover. We liked the hotel, but REALLY loved the location. Because of this appetizer of Lisbon, we will be going back for longer."
