"I really enjoyed the property. This location is where you want to be considering its walking distance to a numerous amount of tourist attractions. Good food options around. The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room....

"Location, location, location ! Right in the heart of the historic centre. Easy to walk most places. Staff were very helpful and suggested some great places to eat/drink. Very nice to be able to get a glass of wine or cup of coffee in the lobby area. But only realised on the last afternoon. ‘Flat’ was very clean and they maximised the available space to include a bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette. Even had a balcony with enough space for 2 chairs. Just enough space in the flat for 2...

"Fabulous fabulous hotel in central location. The staff was superb, helpful. Wonderful restaurant partner and bar in building (the Café Sao Bento). Just a-warning to your taxi driver : at the edge of a strictly pedestrian zone so contact hotel for drop off point right before arrival (very short walk from street). And there is no problem getting a taxi in am to airport which comes right to the door. The location is so good that it’s worth the tiny inconvenience of pedestrian zone for arrival....

"Spacious apartment. We had the second floor apartment . It was nice and clean and had all the amenities and great breakfast. However, our upstairs neighbours had very heavy feet and the footsteps could be heard very loudly night time and early morning. Other than that the apartment is perfect at a great location."

"The location was great! The hallway and rooms were unfortunately kind of dingy and old seeming. Bathrooms dated and needed some renovations. The staff were incredibly kind! I think it would be helpful for the hotel to post pictures of the hallways and rooms themselves and bathrooms so that future guests know exactly what they’re dealing with! Overall had a good time, they brought cute bath tub for our one year old and a tub for her for the bathroom - that was appreciated."

"Love my stay at the Rossio Plaza Hotel! Staff were all so nice, and hotel was conveniently located within Rossio Square. It's a few minutes walk to Rua Augusta and Praca do Comercio, as well as to numerous food spots. Also love the convenience to shopping areas like ZARA, Bershka and to the tram stops."
