The property itself was very clean inside and entry is protected for guests. The staff were very friendly and available even early in the morning. There aren’t many amenities but breakfast was a nice touch. If you don’t get up early to get a spot in the eating area, the staff allows you to make plate and take it to your room....

As in any city, you will hear people out on the streets at all hours so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earbuds or ask the hotel for some, they are very accommodating. That kind of noise is out of their control and they do their best to help. They did offer me earbuds but being from a city myself, I find the noise rather soothing. Anyone who complains knows nothing about cities and should find a country side hotel if that’s the vibe they...

"The property was beautiful, location convenient. It's steps away from the Santa Justa Lift, a supermarket, and Rossio station. Luis made check-in super easy. He walked us over and assisted with our luggage. The LIFT team was very communicative - there were various methods to contact them. There's street buskers that sing the same 10 songs with mics and amps every night. They stop at around midnight but it could be annoying if you need to wake up early."
