"The breakfast was horrible only serving bagels and cereal. We got stuck in the elevator the first night, there was a extra $150 charge put on my account saying smoking was detected in our room when it was just myself and teenage son neither of us had anything related to smoke in our hotel, along with a $34 a day fee to park. Awful Experience will never book there again"

"Pros: Great stay for a short getaway, Friendly staff and has a decent hot tub/pool. Cons: Garage parking only with an hourly or daily fee, pricey bars and restaurants, and fire alarm went off every time we showered. "

"The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed. It was in a nice area, easy to get to food including grocery. Will definitely stay again. "

"The room was very spacious but there seemed to be furniture missing and the bed was tucked over in the corner. There was damage to some of the furniture that was in the room, scratches or wear that was very noticeable. It does look like they’re working to make some upgrades like the rug in the hall or the flooring in different areas. The heater didn’t have a way to set the temp, it just blasted or continued blowing unless turned off. The water took a long time to get warm to wash hands or to shower. The staff in the evening and at night were very nice and made check in/out easy"

"Wonderful place and I’m sure it will be fantastic this spring when the rooftop opens! Had both dinner and breakfast at Ama and that was a treat. The staff was warm, the room was beautiful, and I’d highly recommend!"
