"Love the location! This choice is highly walkable and is right next to the Charles River and its network of beautiful walking trails. I had not stayed before but note the front desk is attended in the afternoon and evening but not in the morning. The management makes everything work very smoothly and I was not inconvenienced by this. There is a phone number to call if you arrive before the normal check in. "

I gave them the confirmation number for both reservations and I was told it was cancelled. I called Expedia and they verified it wasn’t cancelled an attempted to call the hotel but they wouldn’t pick up the phone. "I do not believe the building is installed at all. I could hear noise from outside as well as my neighbors to the side and above me. My room was clean but the light on the side table did not work. The volume on the TV did not work and the remote was sticky. I tried to address these problems with the manager and he did not acknowledge me. He looked at the remote and told me to talk to the housekeeping. He walked away and did not come back out. I will never stay here again!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect. It's surrounded by so many great shops (Ulta, Marshals, Starbucks Ben & Jerrys and many great restaurants), making everything easy and convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options, and the rooms were gorgeous, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We arrived close to midnight and I felt very safe being with my daughter who needed to be seen...

"First room I went in I had to request to be moved to a different room as it smelled like cigarettes and the sheets were dirty. Second room didn’t smell but the carpets were filthy so I kept shoes on as much as possible and bathroom did nit seem clean then I realized the next day the area around the toilet was dirty with urine. "They are supposed to be crediting me back 1/2 of my last night. Stayed for 4 days and they never once cleaned my room even after I complained multiple times. We have stayed there countless times over the last 3 years but they have completely changed and it is terrible. "

"Parking lot was nice and had awning coverage around the perimeter of the lot, but it wasn’t connected to the actual front door so for ME, traveling on a rainy day, it wasn’t really beneficial. But for someone on a sunny and hot day, it could be. Think of a drive in, like sonic or something. The car ports have coverage but you still have no coverage when you have to walk to the building. Kinda like that. We spent Mother’s day morning there before check out, the breakfast was……a hotel breakfast…...
