"This was a beautiful property. There were a few spiders in the corners inside the room but aside from that it was extremely clean. There was not much to do in the evening as the pool closed at 8:30. You need to have a reservation for the restaurant at the lodge. We only stayed one night and didn’t pack anything for dinner or breakfast, so it would have been nice to get some snacks in the lounge but they only had ice cream and popsicles. There was a full kitchen with a fridge and stove that had we been staying more than one night would be perfect."
"This hotel is nicely situated in Arnprior, within walking distance of the historic downtown area. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant, understanding and helpful.
The hotel is showing signs of wear & tear & age; I felt that there could have been more effort given to the cleanliness of the room flooring & the bathroom. It would benefit from a bit more attention.
However, we were grateful that the hotel allowed dogs and that our room was big enough for 2 adults & 2 dogs."
"It's been a few years since I have stayed here. It's clean but dated. It was a place to stay and sleep while I did track days at Calabogie Motorsports Park. They were very accommodating allowing me to stay an extra day and reasonably priced."
