"J’ai apprécié d’être en studio avec cuisinette au lieu d’un hôtel traditionnel. Près de la Promenade des Anglais. Cependant, un peu loin du coeur de Nice pour les terrasses le soir si on voulait s'y rendre après notre journée de visites. On a beaucoup apprécié la terrasse sur le toit pour se reposer. Aussi, la proximité du tramway."

"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Great location, walking distance of the train station, restaurants, cafés, pastry shops and beach. The kitchenette was a nice bonus for keeping drinks cold and having breakfast on site. Few coffee pods and tea bags would have been appreciated. Good windows, curtains and blinds also help keep the heat out during the day. However, there are a few things to know, especially in summer. "Le propriétaire nous a reçu très amicalement et a même pu nous servir un repas le soir alors que le restaurant était fermé ce jour là. La vue depuis l'hôtel est époustouflante et il y a de multiples activités à faire à proximité. Merci pour cet accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons sûrement."
