"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. "中庭に面したスタジオタイプのお部屋でしたが、日当たりも良く静かで過ごしやすかったです。キッチンが付いており簡単な食事は作ることが出来ます。冷蔵庫、食器、カトラリーも完備されています。近くに大きなモノプリがあるので大変便利。それから、備え付けのコーヒー粉がとても美味しかった！ニース中央駅からは歩いて10分ぐらい。スタッフの方は皆さん笑顔で接してくれて安心して過ごせました。エントランスに少し階段がありますが、スタッフの方が荷物を運んで下さいました。このホテルを選んで本当に良かったです！おすすめです。"

"Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal und ein toller Ausblick. Supermarkt und Bäckerei um die Ecke. Handtücher sowie Duschgel, Seife und Handseife waren vorhanden. Die Küchenausstattung war allerdings sehr minimalistisch. Salz, Pfeffer und Öl haben gefehlt. Außerdem waren einige Küchenutensilien nicht ganz sauber. Offenbar wird darauf vertraut, dass die Gäste diese selbst reinigen, obwohl eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Insgesamt aber ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen!"
