"Within 20 min walk to multiple metro entery. Making it easy to get around to see highlights. Breakfast was well done with good virety. Outside of hotel is underwhelming and easy to miss. Inside leaves you feeling like 5 star. Biggest issue for us was enjoying the city and leaving the evening meal too late and places close to hotel stopped serving food."

"Good neighborhood with easy links to metro. The property was listed as a 4* hotel, but it is more like a short-term rental. There is no room cleaning or towel changing, unless you pay a fee. The kitchenette is a nice feature, but as a guest, you are responsible for it, including taking out the garbage. There was only one functioning lift, which meant long delays to come up or go down. There is a baggage room with exorbitant fees, and so many guests end up waiting until 3pm in the very small...

"Always remember what you pay and what you get ...... I like only one thing in this hotel which is very very near to the metro location and in one stop you will get Europe biggest shopping mall West Field where you can get very excellent prices in Normal and Action store chain . room size is ok .... no amenities ... room service not good ... four time call to send us towel ..... inside the metro station good prices Arabic resturent and mini mart .... quite place ... coffee is free but worst .......
