"The individual unit was clean and well maintained, but the lodge itself was dated and the carpet in common areas needed a deep cleaning. There was a hot tub inside, directly outside our room, which was actually pretty cool, but it was dated and the lattice wood around it was broken and appeared old."

"Kitchen dirty. Two kitchen outlets were dead. No hot water in 2 bathroom sinks. Make up mirror was broken. Toaster was broken. The connecting room door was wide open and we didn’t rent that side. No air conditioning no longer works with climate change. Our room was 79 degrees at midnight. It was hard to sleep. Also I70 was noisy all night. Only one elevator was working for entire building. Staff was nice."

"My room was delightful clean quiet restful! The staff was polite and Customer Service orientated. I accidentally left my necklace behind that my mother got me very sentimental before she passed away two years ago. I got a hold of the front desk, Bianca she was very helpful and I hope to receive my necklace back soon. Paula room 125 on Tuesday 25th 2026 Thank you, I’m looking forward to my next stay!"

"Master bathroom didn't have warm water. We were able to get warm water in the smaller bathroom after running the shower for awhile. Extra bed was two twin beds and there was no AC. I'm sure the listing noted the latter two facts, but I didn't catch it so warning the next person who may not like that! It took our kids awhile to fall asleep. We aren't accustomed to the 90+ degree weather!"

"New property right off I70. Beautiful lobby/bar/breakfast area with view. New rooms with solid kitchens, large closets and roomy bathrooms. Ridiculous to charge $20 for parking though. There is no where else to park and seems unfair."

"Easy acces to ski area. Staff was professional and competant. Live music and dinning in lounge made for enjoyable easy going atmosphere. Family friendly without specifically catering to children. Area in general made for a quiet nook in a resort location. Accomidations were generous in space and comfortable for lounging/sleeping/in-room dining. "

"All but one of the housekerpers apparently quit the night before. Why? Although I was able to get into my room by 3pm, it seems they went out of their way to clean my room last. I was one of 3 vehicles in the parking lot at that time. The jet tub didn't work when I used it, only to find the controls hidden on the wall by a large lamp, the next morning, too late to use. There was no signage to explain where the controls were. The building in general seemed to be in significant disrepair,...
