"The hotel is brand new and everything is spick and span. The rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, we slept great. The one thing that surprise me was the number of electrical outlets. All the hotels we have been to never have outlets available. Wonderful place, we will be back."

"Clean place and friendly helpful staff. Only reason I gave them a 4 was for a door to use when coming in after 4 pm doesnt work with key card. Otherwise easy 5. Very adequate soap and towels etc. Next to freeway, meaning maybe 3/8 of a mile away with no noise associated to it. No restaurant, but there's a Del taco within walking distance. Gave me a great price to !! I'll definetly stay there again. Ac was perfect, not to hot or cold with clean smelling air coming out so the filters are clean...

This property is in downtown Phoenix and we selected it because it was walking distance to the convention center - where we needed to attend a volleyball tournament. "Seems like the employees are still learning to check-in process or the system was not working because it took more than 30 minutes to get a room key. The room was never cleaned(I stayed 2 days), towels never replenished. Cleanliness in the rooms and outside in the lobby was great. Employees are professional and very apologetic for wait time. I would stay here if I needed to for a day but I have had better experiences at other local hotels in the area. "
