Khách sạn Arthur's Point

"We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision. The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is...

"Overall was nice experience, good location, good setup Bit the TV ( remote) in room wasn’t working"

"Great new hotel"

"no useful amenities were in the room, no basic ! door was hard to lock. small room, not great. staffs are nice but feels like not open to help."

"Great hotel with nice staff"

"Location is great, quiet, look straight out onto the lake."

"We enjoyed our stay , very convenient location for lunches and dinners , walking distance to the Gandola and various shopping and bars. The rooms are a bit run down. The floor carpets look really worn out, the bathroom has bathtub for showers a bit inconvenient. The Brekky buffet was really nice."

"Close to town, clean and tidy small room at just 15 sm. Sliding door to the toilet was below expectation in addition to glass separating the shower and toilet from the bedroom."

"We had a lake view room and the view of the lake was very nice. The location is good but you do have to walk up a bit of a steep hill to return from the city center. It is a short distance and helps you to walk off your Fergburger. The hotel is modern and clean and has a helpful staff. Parking is very limited so reserve early. There is free street parking around the area but you may have to walk a bit."

"My room was a great size & very clean, baloney a total bonus. One little niggle the hand held shower not to much pressure! Would totally recommend! 😊"

"Staff was very helpful with baggage and checkout. Always nice to stay here 😀"

"Like other motels we've stayed at, Bella Visa Queenstown is clean and well-equipped with a full kitchen, including cups, plates, and utensils. While it is not in the central commercial area, a 10-minute walk takes you to streets lined with restaurants and shops. We checked in late and left early, so we didn't have a chance to interact with the staff."

"All excellent"

"The bathroom is stupidly designed"

"Great value for money in a location (Queenstown) that is fairly expensive accommodation wise. Property is possibly needing a refresh but overall experience was good. Happy to stay here again."
