"This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend"

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"The bad: Not a real front desk. An office down a hall with a door that was once locked. Staff unavailable at check in time and ignoring all the people waiting in the front hall. Record breaking awful heat wave in the hit London during our stay. No attempt to provide window box fan to draw in night air or to get portable air conditioning units. "Apartment doesn’t look as nice as the pictures. Place was clean and good space. Run down on outside and corridor. Pls be aware that apartment has one portable aircon and not central. I had asked before I booked about a/c and was never told they meant a portable unit. When I requested a portable fan for the bedroom as it was really hot, I was told they would bring one the next day as it was late when I arrived. But the fan never came even when I asked again. "Studio extremely noisy due to proximity with road and entrance but also can hear everything happening with next door neighbor and upstairs neighbors. Didn’t sleep at all"
