"Room was on the second floor, which for me is difficult with a recent fall and bad knees. Unfortunately, they were unable to accommodate my request for a downstairs room. Clean room minus the few cockroaches in the bathroom, HUGE TV, decent set up. Tub dripped and toilet ran. Refrigerator needed to be plugged in and had no shelves to put our stuff in. This experience was extremely disappointing as we've stayed here before and it felt like home. As for staff, two polar opposite experiences....

"Overall, the room was cleaning when we first got there then the night came. After being now. I wanted to take a shower went into the shower, and there was bugs everywhere all over the ceiling, crawling out of the vent. Coming down. The mirror. I couldn’t even shower. went to the front, Office. I don’t remember her name asked her if they could transfer us room. She said no asked her if we could get a refund. She said no. After bugging them for a great amount of time. Thery agreed to go in spray...

"The room was horrible, didn't look clean at all, poop on the toilet seat I was absolutely disgusted the room needed upgrades I felt like I was back in 90's, looked like coffee splatter on the wall by the entrance door of the room, air conditioner didn't work properly couch looked old and not clean i refused to stay there and left!!"

"While I don't know what I was expecting as far as check in goes, you check in at the little office which was easy. The path to drive up to the cabin is a little rocky and uneven so be careful. But WOW.... the cabin was amazing! Clean like wow and the windows above all around make for a beautiful view all night. Only downside was the cabin shares a wall and we could hear them talking. Still - I would stay here again if I am ever in Williams. "

"A pleasant surprise Nice hotel cute town Like radiator springs from Cars. Lots of old style neon signs. I just chose the town for the location on my cross country drive and really lucked out with an old Route 66 themed hotel. The motel was small with all rooms facing the parking lot and I was able to park right in front of my room. As there was forest on one side and the local road on the other it was very quiet no roar of I40 nearby. While the hotel was older it was very clean and...

"Great location if you are planning on visiting the Grand Canyon. Also a great value. We were pleasantly surprised by the town of Williams which is 5 minutes down the road It has that western town feel with lots of places to eat and stores to shop. Make sure you arrive early enough before stores and restaurants close to enjoy Williams."

"Stayed at the cabin here. Has a tiny home vibe. Great location, excellent value for a family with small kids. They loved hanging out in the loft. My boy loves the Movie "Cars" and this place has a "Tow'Mater." The town of Williams has good food and a cool vibe. The pool was under maintenance which was a bummer. Still a great value!"

"Breakfast was great! And the woman overseeing it was super sweet and helpful. Rooms were ridiculously tiny and the bathroom was more like a closet, so for that reason alone we felt it was way overpriced. Other than that we were grateful for a place to land for the night."
