"My 3 daughters and I stayed one night here on a road trip. We had a suite which was not connected to the main hotel but in a quaint, hidden lot. The area was well lit and felt safe enough. The single beds were a bit uncomfortable with a hard bar across the center. The bathrooms were nice and clean with nice a shower and large tub. Check-in was quick and easy, and the desk staff were friendly. My only complaint was that the website states there is on-site laundry facilities but we were told that...

We were only given 1 bottle of water for our room, when booking I was advised the additional supplement for pets would ensure plenty water in the room, this was not the case but we had plenty with us anyway so didn't see the point in mentioning it. "Beautiful setting, clean and comfortable room (mattress and pillows could be slightly better quality), staff super friendly and helpful (let us access room early, helped us with family photos outside the hotel and generally very helpful), excellent breakfast with lots of choice and great facilities such as as pool, hot tub etc. A very pleasant overnight stay."
