"The property has a lots of positives but if you've got mobility issues it's probably not the best choice. They're unable to guarantee a parking spot so its a gamble about whether you can get one or not. Lucky enough to secure one of the few disabled spots but the closest lift had 4 stairs up and 4 down to the lift. "Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away.
Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....
