Only one minor downside being the humidifiers given out at the front desk weren’t as quiet or effective as those of other hotels I’ve stayed in recently. The cafe had a selection of local nihonshu for sale, alongside some free drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch."

Really wonderful experience for my family to get together and enjoy. One thing I didn't expect - our room was in a special area that didn't allow a local friend of mine to visit without a $75 extra charge. A shame because the room was so spacious and I had ordered a cake to share. Just something to be wary of if booking a room with a private bath. "
