"The property was perfect for us. It was in a walkable area with plenty of restaurants. Also centrally located for all the things in Nashville we were interested in.
The accessibility of the unit was very good. I would add two extra grab bars in shower to increase accessibility. Also have an option available for guests to request a shower chair.
Living area very nice. Lighting and perhaps table in living room should be updated. I would also add a couple of bar stools since there is not a...

"We had an amazing experience at The Mint House. We have been to Nashville and stayed in hotels but this was by far the best stay ever.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was huge. The only thing that was odd in the bathroom was the placement of the toilet paper holder. You actually sat on it because it was attached to the vanity next to the toilet. I would suggest removing it and replacing it with a stand alone holder.

"Great place for multiple people. Location was great and not hard to find. The bunk bed and pull out bed are a little unsteady but we made do! Very clean and cool theme for a bachelorette party."

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"

"Overall, the location was great, it's walking distance to Broadway, making it easy to get around, and there was a Starbucks nearby, which was convenient for morning coffee. The amenities within the room were a plus, having a full kitchen was nice and having in room laundry was great.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The walls had noticeable spill marks, baseboards and floors were dirty, and there was hair in bathroom and shower upon arrival, even part of the shower...

"We loved our rooms. Very spacious and close to everything. We enjoyed the rooftop area a lot. It was a little bit odd adjusting to not having a window since we naturally use that as an indicator of what time it is and to wake up lol. We did fine though."
