"Great stay at the Manchester. Beautiful lobby and restaurants and super helpful staff. Despite other reviewers complaining about noise, we found it to be quiet and peaceful (stayed 5 nights). Complimentary coffee was excellent and the many of the food items reasonably priced. A few tweaks might make the stay truly too notch but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Probably the closest thing you’ll get to a SoHo house as you’ll get in Kentucky! "

"Being able to check-in late, like 1:30am, was something we really liked, especially after traveling 5+ hours from AL. The staff at check-in and check-out were extremely nice and the room and entire hotel were so clean and quiet. The room was the cleanest hotel room we have been in, the bed was very comfy, and the room was very spacious. We will be using them again for our trips."

"Wonderful hotel, perfect for people traveling with dogs. Hotel was clean, you would never think pets are allowed based on the cleanliness. Suites are clean, spacious, and well kept, and they exceed most ADA standards. Staff was extremely friendly. Hotel was filled with children and families the weekend after Christmas, but everyone was quite. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend. "
