"First we made a book by error by accidentally typing in the wrong date. So change the date we just had to pay the full room amount again. We asked them to refund the cancellation price because it was just a date error that we corrected immediately. They just did not respond and did not refund. Then we showed up and the room was right across the hall from the front desk, so I’m sure the employee there could just hear every word we were saying through the paper thin walls. "It was perfect for a long weekend getaway. The location was great, and it was quiet and peaceful, even when the rest of the city was having a good time. My room was called Indulgence, and I was lucky to have a view, with large windows, of the sea and the small park outside. This proved to be extra useful as I wasn't feeling well one of the days and spent it fully in the room. "We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Chestnut Tree. Lisa, the host was the main reason, she is a great communicator which is important when booking. She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful.
