"My wife surprised me with a holiday to the Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort for my 50th birthday.

"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Kezban an der Rezeption, Vitoria vom Kundenservice, Sila aus der Casablanca Lobby Bar und Mazlum vom Rent-Car waren alle extrem freundlich, lieb und hilfsbereit. So ein Service macht den Urlaub perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und stets bemüht. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und professionell. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!"

"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard.
The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there.
More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian.
The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

"Wie waren das dritte mal hintereinander da. Leider mussten wir Gestellen, dass das Hotel abgebaut hat.
Die Familienunterkünfte bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung.
Zu allem Überfluss waren meine vor die Tür gestellten Schuhe (im Schuhschrank) plötzlich weg. Es war auch keiner bemüht sich drum zu kümmern.
