"Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Asteria Belek. Die Anlage ist sehr groß, weitläufig und insgesamt für ein großes 5-Sterne-Hotel gut gestaltet. Die Zimmer waren sauber, gepflegt und komfortabel. Der Strandabschnitt ist schön, allerdings war es am Vormittag oft schwierig, einen freien Sonnenschirm oder eine Liege direkt am Strand zu bekommen. Hier wäre eine bessere Organisation wünschenswert. Das Essen war angesichts der sehr großen Anzahl an Gästen in Ordnung und die Auswahl...

"All in all the Hotel is good. However it's not a 5 star. It's hard to put a finger on what's wrong cause on personal level you see the stuff works hard. The terriroty is vast, the main beach is long and satisfiying. However if you don't catch a seat early in the morning by 9 am it's hard to find an empty place there. More than 95 % of the guests are from the russian speaking countries, so stuff knows a word ot two in Russian. The wi-fi is good only if you're close to lobby - 50 metres or so...

"Our stay at Xanadu Hotel in Belek was okay overall. The food was good, with a decent variety and good quality throughout our stay. The biggest downside was the language barrier. We found it very difficult to find basic English-speaking staff, which made it a struggle whenever we needed help or had questions. The rooms and facilities were quite basic, but everything was clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice stay."

"The property is outdated and requires refurbishment. Room provided at first had drainage issue with outside light not working. That makes it hazards in dark corner of the property. Second room was good enough but again stairs to room were sloppy making it hazards. We were offered upgrade to room where air conditioning wasn't working properly and noone attended to complaint. The staff are pretty much aware of issues with property especially rooms but not bothered about it especially for...

"Only good thing is all the staff at the front desk and especially Mohamed. Property is brand new but seems the owners want to save money as much as possible. So for an Accor group 4* hotel and brand new hotel they are extremely understaffed."
