"The Internet was not fast at all. My son could not play his VR, which was definitely a damper on the vacation. It did, however let me know that he can go a couple of days without it. The room was relatively clean, except for a couple spots on the wall that I was concerned about. One out of two of the TVs in the two bedroom work. It’s almost like the TVs take turns. I did love that the beach was so close. It felt like we walked out of our room, went down the elevator and was right on the beach....

"I was placed in a room right behind where they were doing construction. Nothing but hammering and drilling throughout the daytime. I went to the front desk to have my room changed and she told me the only thing that was available would cost me an extra $40 a night. I checked in on April 1st and was originally supposed to check out April 5th but I left April 3rd two days early."

"Staff is pleasant and the rooms were great! We also had a great view of the ocean! "

"The breakfast was terrible but to be fair to the lady who was writing it, she was overwhelmed. They should have had designated at least two employees just for breakfast. Not one lady and sometimes the lady at the front desk. The trash was overflowing, they were constantly empty of coffee, napkins, silverware, milk, fruit, ect. "

" Breakfast was delivered fresh and warm every day at our designated time. The pool was warm and spacious while being surrounded by tropical plants. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the grounds and nature. Great spot for morning coffee or breakfast. Having ponies on the grounds to feed and pet made it the total package. Our granddaughter said all of her “dreams were coming true” while we stayed."

"The bed was the worst, you have no privacy on the balcony, the elevators were very slow. Not good parking."

"I loved my stay. The rooms were clean, and the place was lovely. I enjoyed spending time with the birds and at the pool. Most amenities were nice; my only complaint was the AC in my room, which was hot the entire time. Other than that, it was perfect. Easy access to the beach."

"The room was clean but the hotel is dated and needs upgrades. The bed was not very comfortable. Parking garage needs security cameras and/or restrooms since we saw someone using the garage as a restroom. Also stairways need air fresheners to combat marijuana smell. "

"The customer service is excellent. Definitely a draw to return on future trips. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast choice could be improved, but it is currently satisfactory. "

"The place we clean and walking distance to great food. The onsite restaurant was also good, we went there almost every night. Staff was friendly, processional and took wonderful care of us."

"Really bad experience at this hotel. Hotel does not appear as it looks online. Beware before booking. Any area of the hotel outside of the actual room is old, beat up, dirty, paint chipping and smelly. Everything had a musty old smell. While the room was "ok" it lacked cleanliness. There was hair everywhere. All over the floor and in the bathroom. Lipstick on the cups in the kitchen area and on a pillowcase. The fridge handles had gunk all over them. There was a horrible smell coming from one of...

"Habían muchas tiendas cerca , hay una feria muy divertida para los niños hermosa vista . La verdad 10/10 el hotel y sus alrededores y muy importante mucha seguridad "

"Nice place to stay. Clean room. Right by the boardwalk. Would stay here again. Just expedia price per room that they have on there app doesnt include the parking charge that this hotel offers per day. It’s roughly $14 per day. "
