"The staff were awesome. They upgraded us because of some issue with somebody else’s stay, but they upgraded us to one of the cottages and which was OK. The cottage really needed to be updated. There was a pretty musty smell in there most of the time we were there which was only a day or two. The dining room table was not up to par seem dirty sticky just seem to need meaning the whole place updating and gone through major cleaning to get that musty smell out and the beds were not that comfortable...

"The staff was amazingly friendly and totally accommodating as were the other guests, which is rare. The only ‘bad” is an inconvenience of parking areas accessibility BUT there is free parking so that makes a “great” as well. Can’t say enough good about this place"

"Originally we were placed in a room that is exactly one floor below the rooftop restaurant. It was extremely noise especially at night time until 2 am. We were moved to a lower room but next to a crying kid. We could hear it all night, keep my family up all night. I also called to do a well check visit as it was very unusual for a toddler to cry for so long at 4 am. The kid stopped crying but not all sure what happened. Walls / rooms should be better isolated for noise. You should hear noise but...

"This stay was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned. There was visible grime and mineral buildup on the shower head where the water comes out, stains on the sheets and pillowcases, leftover sand on the floor from previous guests, stains on the sofas, and dirty dishes. I paid for a partial ocean view, but there was absolutely no view of the ocean from our room. The worst part happened the morning after our one night stay. My 2 year old son woke up covered in...
