"Never stayed in a room this small before. The bathroom was a joke. I'm 5'8" and whilst sitting on the toilet, my knees touched the wall in front. No space to dry yourself after a shower. Two single beds occupied much of the room with only a small gap between them. View from bedroom was the back of other buildings surrounding it. Cost was eye watering for what we got and no breakfast provided. The owner, Inaki, was very pleasant but our overall feeling was that we had been conned."

"This was the best hotel we stayed in for our entire trip. Our suite was large, beautifully finished with a great view. Everything worked perfectly- the shower was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. There was a coffee machine, a kettle and a small fridge. The location was great, walking distance from the old city and the beach and bus station. The staff were amazing, in particular Izascun who gave us fresh towels when needed after our swim in the Atlantic and gave advice about...

"Great value for money. Great location. Room was clesn and quiet. We appreciated the free mini bar, coffee and tea. Highly recommended!"

"Cleanliness - there were two showers, one of which had a concerning white growing in spot in the corner Staff - I did not receive instructions regarding check-in in advance of the reservation. I had to proactively reach out the day of and did not receive key retrieval information until a few hours before our reservation. The initial communication stated that this information would be shared 24 hours before our reservation Property condition - the picture frames and lamps in our room where...

"This is beautifully situated, right near Kursaal and the beach, relatively close the Old Town. Nice quiet street"

"Great location in downtown San Sebastián. We really just wanted some beach days and pintxos and this location delivered! Lucas was very helpful with recommendations."

"Estuvo bien"

"It was a great hotel. Right in the middle of everything. Our room had a great view of the theater with its beautiful fountain. Super comfortable and easy to access. No parking but a couple of options near by."
