"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo.
Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good.
Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated.
We hope to visit again in the future! "

"Nice hotel lovely setting. Room was nice. Breakfast was ample and good choice. Pool facilities were nice but shower out of use. No bathrobes in bedroom or slippers had to get reception to deliver them they were not held at dos pool either other than that a very pleasant stay "

"Heythrop is nestled in the Cotswods, in and around a magnificent 18thc manor.
Beautiful grounds, gorgeous building.
Plenty to occupy. Lots of options to eat drink while the time away, not forgetting Spa and golf options. Staff are very helpful, rooms are comfy. "
