"Never got to Check in. Be ADVISED they require a full deposit before u can stay to be withdrawn first. I was not aware and I booked for 2 nights and went to check in and couldn’t. They wouldn’t send code and I was SOL unless I has two hundred to give right then. Have stayed here in past never had problem and always thought the place very cute. So it’s just the new requirements and lack of communicating. They weren’t even willing to take a credit card to hold for deposit. Been staying...

"The property was very nice for my one-night stay. Very clean and the location was great for access to downtown San Antonio! If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs as the A/C unit in the bedroom was a bit loud. All in all, definitely recommend."

"One of the toilets would not flush and was leaking. We reached out yo the property owner and she said maintenance would come the next day and fix it. They never came, so 4 people had to share one toilet for three days. When we reached out to the property owner again about the toilet, we were told to get the plunger and unclog it ourselves. Very unprofessional. "

"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did.
