Indeed, there was a robbery and no one said the opposite about this issue and we truly apologised for this unacceptable action, and this is why you got a refund of one night for the stolen items in one of the rooms your family booked. Just for your information, no hotel is ever responsible for any kind of this incedent, however we tried to help in any way we could. As for the staff, the only thing we've said was, if someone was watching you and was aware of your moves. In no way, that meant your family members.
