"Over all the hotel was good, pool was great for our four year old, pool bar was great for my wife and the beach is just a very short walk away. The room was great at a quick glance and seems well worth the money but two minutes into unpacking we find other people food left in the fridge, our child found a few snacks under the ottoman which she decided to try. Our room was an ocean view so you pay a little extra for per night, it might of been an ocean view at one point but now it’s just overgrown palm trees so that was a let down. Didn’t have it in me to complain since our room was “ready” three hours early."

"Although we had a rental, the shuttle services were available to all who needed it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is convenient to everywhere shops, restaurants, beltways, beaches, attractions, 295 and 95. And kitchen service was great! Laundry room, breakfast, spacious rooms, great services, meeting rooms, free parking, a pool and gym. Key card entry. Quick, relaxing and efficient stay. They treated us with so much kindness and my mother who has dementia loved our visit. At 89 not sure if we'll experience another trip, Howe I would like to personally thank the entire staff from my heart. I brought my mom to see her last remaining brother whose also in his 80s out of 14 siblings. Thank you all so very much for making caretaking a little easier and providing great memories. Thank you ALL!"

"The hotel is really nice, near everything, the beach sopt is pretty and clean and calm, the pool and jacuzzi it's very nice, my favorite thing is the tiki bar good drink food and service, the only bad experience is with the housekeeping, I stayed one week in the hotel, then came only one time, just make the bed without changing, no vaccum no trash bags putting back, on the bathroom they don't didn't any cleaning and took all the towels and left without anyone ones, I need to go after them and ask for towels, and another they they go inside the bedroom with the tag on door to no disturb, and put towel again, this is the only thing stressing me out,. The breakfast is good too. I'm recommending the hotel, and planning to go again!"

"The hotel is gorgeous with modern, coastal vibes, located directly on the beach and offers stunning ocean views. We booked a king oceanfront corner room. The Guest Ambassador left a hand written note on our vanity, adding a personal touch. The room was surprisingly larger than expected, offering plenty of storage with a small closet, several drawers beneath a daybed, and a wardrobe. Obsessed with the vibe/decor. Of note, the couch and bed are quite close and the light over the coffee table hangs low. The coffee mugs provided are too small for a single Nespresso pod so you have to sip as it is brewing to avoid a mess. Accommodating staff and unparalleled customer service. Enjoyed beverages, brunch, and dinner at Coastal Farmer. Appreciated the ease of beach access with provided wrist bands, beach chairs, umbrella, and complimentary water bottles. The current con of this hotel is the construction. They make this wildly apparent when booking, so if you don’t want the inconvenience of construction do not book your stay here. However, I found the construction only mildly intrusive. Most of the work being done is in the lobby on the second floor and on the main floor. They did close down one of the elevators for renovation during the weekend, which I felt was the worse possible timing. Other than being down to one elevator, our stay was minimally affected by the ongoing construction. I look forward to seeing the lobby completed and enjoying the spa and fitness center."
